HOME STAGING

OCCUPIED HOME


  • Consultation includes an written report of recommendations, room by room, of what actions need to be done to prepare the home to go on the market. This report is given to the homeowner as well as to the real estate agent. Fees range from $150.00 to $250.00
  • In order to let your home shine in its best light for a quicker sale, interior designers offer additional hands-on participation of staging, which includes furniture and accessory placement, subtraction or addition of furniture & accessories. Designers can also offer to select new paint color for needed areas, as well as lighting and finish selection. Fee $85.00 an hour. Note that the addition of furniture & accessories require a rental fee.​

In your present home if you would like the services that we offer to home sellers we will happily do the same.

  • Maybe you would just like for us give you the room by room written report that is offered in our staging consultation, which entails recommendations for each room of your home to help it look its best. Fees range from $150.00 to $250.00

  • Furniture and accessories are selected and provided by the interior designers. In most cases, the areas that real estate agents recommend staging are the​ great room, dining room, master bedroom, kitchen and master bath. Welborn Staging assesses each project to determine what is best suited for you. This service includes staging design fee, furniture and accessories rental, transport and destaging. 
  • Staging fees are tax deductible and can be paid at closing.
